Accommodation
Our guest quarters are adjacent to the work area, and offer:
- FO- ‘Guest house’ accommodation: rooms with one or two/three beds.  
Single accommodation is available by request, at additional cost.  Shared facilities: bathrooms with showers; kitchen.  Beds are prepared in advance, with sheets and blankets.  (Towels are not provided).
-AP-En suite accommodation: single or double rooms are available on request, each equipped with a personal bathroom (shower or bath).  Shared facilities: kitchen.  www.accommodationcarrara.com

-MP- Mini-apartment, with double room, bathroom, and kitchen. Please check for availability and costs.

Cleanliness
-Each individual is obliged to contribute to the cleaning of the communal spaces used daily.
-At the end of the course participants are also obliged to leave accommodation clean and in good order.


Other available services by payment: -laundry, -access to the internet,
Meals Kitchen and dining areas are available for use in the guest quarters. Restaurants and cafes are available locally .
Arrivals
Arrival is scheduled for the Sunday preceding the beginning of the course.
Accommodation should be vacated before 10:00 a.m. on the Sunday following the end of the course.
Students should make their own travel arrangements: by car (Carrara exit on the A12 Genova-Livorno highway); by train (Carrara Avenza station or Massa station); by plane (Pisa, Milan, Florence) and train (Carrara station). ----Guests will be collected from the station at the given time of arrival.


Leisure time
Something for everyone. The beach in Marina di Carrara is only 10 km away; for those who prefer to take a hike in the mountain air, the Apuan Alps rise up to 2000 meters.
A visit to the marble quarries is included, and art exhibitions can be organized upon request. For anyone interested, visits can be arranged during the week to the Marble Museum, Carrara Fine Arts Academy and other sculpture workshops.
